The nose is characterized by notes of walnuts, hazelnuts and toasted bread.

On the palate it is spicy and pungent, with a beautiful personality, with a finish that tends towards cinnamon and liquorice.

Elaboration
Sustainable cultivation (HVE certified vineyard), manual harvest, fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, traditional cork stopper and finally aging on racks for at least 3 years.
