Rich, fruity and spicy wine, with good softness.

Soil: gravelly (very warm) with shallow marls

Grape variety: 100% Trousseau – native vine.

In the cellar: manual harvesting and rigorous selection of the bunches; maceration for two weeks and subsequent fermentation. The refinement takes place in steel vats for approximately 18 months.
