Our Rosé, composed of predominantly Chardonnay grapes, with a small presence of Pinot Noir vinified in pink, is perhaps the most sophisticated fruit of the Pedrotti house. The long aging on the yeasts and its balanced cuvée make it a balanced product, which manages to express its essence in every aspect. Its aromas, of yeasts and red fruits, enveloping and persistent, the structured but at the same time very fresh flavours, combine with a fine and persistent perlage and a colour, soft and brilliant at the same time, fine and of true elegance.
