Long refinement in the bottle for this great Pedrott product, which owes its black label to the memory of the company's first sparkling wine vintage, 1979. Its important structure, modulated on a cuvée of Chardonnay grapes and a small part of Pinot Noir , makes it an eclectic sparkling wine, capable of both satisfying the palate on its own and accompanying an entire meal.

PERLAGE Fine and persistent.
BOUQUET Fragrant, typical hint of dried fruit, yellow apple.
TASTE Lively acidity, with clear mineral notes and delicate fruit scents.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 12.5%.
SUGAR 6 gr/lt.
PROCESSING Classic method, maturation on the yeasts for a minimum of 48/50 months.
