Description
Sparkling wine made with Methode Traditionelle.
Soil: shale on a silty-clayey base.
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
In the cellar: Base wine aged for approximately 6 months on fine lees in underground tanks.
Refermented in the bottle with the addition of sugars and yeasts and left to rest in the cellar for approximately 12 months.
Dosage: 8-9 g/l
