Made with local Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvedre grapes, this delicate rosé opens with aromas of red currants, cherries and Mediterranean herbs such as oregano and thyme. Here the limestone soils, the fresh sea breezes and the scents of the surrounding Mediterranean garrigue help to refine a vibrant and aromatic wine that evokes the splendid local landscape and the lively lifestyle of the Côte d'Azur with every sip. To preserve the pure character of the vines and the distinctive taste of the terroir, Jean-Luc ferments the wine in stainless steel tanks.
