Description
A wine for every occasion and excellent as an aperitif, it is characterized by citrus and mineral notes, seductive on the palate: breadth and elegance are the real strengths of this wine.
Soil: rocky on a silicon-clay base.
Grape variety: 100% Melon de Bourgogne.
In the cellar: Pneumatic pressing and cold static sedimentation. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature between 12° and 16°. Aging on fine lees for 6 months in underground tanks (typical of the Pays Nantais).
