Description

U VAGE: 80% Tempranillo, 12% Graciano, 6% Mazuelo, 2% 93 93 Garnacha.

MANUAL HARVEST: from 14 September to 16 October.

VINIFICATION: the destemmed grapes ferment in steel for 8 days at a controlled temperature and in contact with the skins.

AGING: for 18 months in 225 liter American barrels.

TASTING Elegant wine that combines complexity and finesse; is among the most recognized labels in Spain. Inspired by the great Bordeaux "Château", it presents aromas of black cherry, spicy notes and vanilla. On the sip it is enhanced by its notes of ripe fruit and morello cherry carried by soft tannins and a pleasant freshness.
