Linguini
Long small tongues, from which the name derives, linguine have an elliptical section and a particularly rough consistency.
They make me think of Giuliana, a Ligurian holidaymaker with a contagious laugh who spent the summer here in the Marche, and who on the beach made everyone's mouth water with the story of her famous linguine with "advantaged" pesto.
