Double malt amber beer produced with an artisanal method, top fermented, neither filtered nor pasteurized. With warm and enveloping tones, the taste is intense and complex, highlighted by skilful and meticulous hopping, which enhances the rich aromas of the undergrowth. The foam is silky and persistent, with amber reflections. Good pairing with red and grilled meats, game and mature cheeses. The light sediment present is the result of the natural and traditional process of refermentation in the bottle. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10-12° C.
