The Cuvée Prestige signed Ca' del Bosco is the essence of over 30 years of experience and knowledge. This iconic bottle, the result of intuitions and experiments, allows the taster to fully appreciate the grapes and the terroir. Initially known as Franciacorta Brut NV, then as Cuvée Prestige, and finally, in 2017, as Edizione, this line was created to fix the different nuances of each interpretation in the taster's memory. Edition 46 is made up of a blend of 79.5% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Noir, and a small balance (1.5%) of Pinot Blanc. Wines from the 2021 harvest and reserve wines from the 2020 and 2019 harvests are added to create the final product.

With a bright golden yellow color, with a fine and abundant perlage, on the nose you can perceive notes of yellow plum and white melon, accompanied by a hint of green tea and fresh mountain herbs, such as juniper. On the palate it is serious, yet lively, exhibiting the unchanged beauty of an icon, telling a fresh and satisfying story. Balanced, moderately savory, with a long citrus and mineral persistence.

Edizione 46 is an excellent aperitif and pairs perfectly with a meal based on fish or delicate and sauced white meats.
