The Millesimato Teatro alla Scala is the Opera Prima of each harvest, which, year after year, generates anticipation and trepidation until it turns on the lights on the Franciacorta stage and provides great emotions. On December 7th of each year, the day of the Patron Saint of Milan, Sant'Ambrogio, the new season opens at the Teatro alla Scala with a dazzling Opera Premiere. Since 2004, the special year of reopening of the Theater after long restorations, Bellavista has had the honor of being part of this ritual, which celebrates the legendary Italian history of bel canto as an emblem of the highest creative expression of our Italy. In homage to the Theatre, every element that covers the bottle of Vintage Brut is designed to represent its essence.
