GRAPE VARIETY Chardonnay 95% – Pinot Noir 5%

CHARACTERISTICS Sugar 2.6 g/lt. Straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage, bouquet with characteristics known from fermentation in the bottle, i.e. hints of bread crusts and yeast enriched by delicate notes of citrus and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut), savory, fresh, ne and harmonious. Vinification: in steel. Total alcohol content: 12.63% vol. Total acidity: 7.1 g/l. Extract: 22.3 g/l. Anamento: 22 months on the yeasts.

HOW TO TASTE Serve in Franciacorta glasses at a temperature of 8-10°C.

HOW TO STORE For correct storage, the bottles must be kept lying down, so that the cork remains moist and expanded and therefore guarantees the seal, in the dark and cool, at a constant temperature between 10-15°C and a humidity of around 70-75 %.

PAIRINGS It is particularly suitable for the whole meal, with a predilection for dishes with delicate flavours, as well as as an aperitif and dessert.
