- The intense straw yellow color with gold nuances and very fine perlage.
- The sweet sensations of white flowers and ripe fruit, vanilla, almond brittle, grapefruit, propolis and coriander that offer the nose.
- Extremely enveloping on the palate, it expresses complexity and great balance between acidity, flavor and minerality.
- The finish with woody references is very long.
Annamaria Clementi goes perfectly with dishes based on white fish and shellfish, both raw and cooked, but also goes very well with delicate white meats, semi-mature cheeses and vegetable flans with bechamel.
