Harvest | Period: end of August – beginning of September Harvest: manual in 15Kg grilled boxes Cooling of the boxes in the vineyard via mobile cold room Grapes transport: in boxes – in mobile cold room equipped with independent motor: the grapes are cooled as soon as they are harvested thanks to the mobile cell stored in the vineyard early in the morning and collected from the tractor at 6pm each day. Destemming is carried out the following morning at a temperature of the bunches of around 9°C. |
