Harvest | Period: the last week of August – first week of September Harvest: manual, in 15Kg grilled boxes Cooling of the boxes in the vineyard via mobile cold room Transport of grapes: in boxes – in mobile cold room equipped with independent motor: the grapes are cooled freshly harvested thanks to the mobile cell deposited in the vineyard early in the morning and collected by the tractor at 6pm each day. The pressing is carried out the following morning at a temperature of the bunches of around 9°C. |
