Grape variety: 25% Marsanne, 25% Grenache blanc, 15% Roussanne, 10% Vermentino, 15% Maccabeu, 10% Muscat Petits Grains.

In the cellar: manual harvesting at full maturity, pressing and long fermentation at a controlled temperature, aging on fine lees until bottling.
