The Meunier monovarietal interpreted in a contemporary style: indigenous yeasts, 100% fermentation in wood, partially malolactic, no filtration and cold stabilization, for a truly intense and pulsating Champagne, of grapes and depth. No liqueurs of any kind are used. Perfect on the table.
