Description
Wine with a nice balance between freshness and fruit.
Soil: clay-loamy.
Grape variety: 60% Gros Manseng, 40% Petit Manseng (50 old vines harvested from 15 to 30 October).
In the cellar: fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aging on fine lees in tanks for 9 months before bottling.
