Description
Soft and silky bubbles.
Soil: clay-limestone.
Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir.
In the cellar: the manual harvest of the grapes, pressed and vinified as a classic white wine in thermoregulated vats at 15°C. After careful assembly, the wine is bottled with the addition of selected yeasts for secondary fermentation and is left to rest for approximately 15 months.
