Only 6 bottles arrived in our store.

Technical notes and characteristics of the wine:

Soils: gray and blue marl and vines over 50 years old.

Manual harvest.

Aging for at least 36 hours in large full barrels.

Characteristics: the nose has hints of hazelnut and butter and aromas of apple, lime and hazelnut emerge on the palate, it is round and fat on the palate.

Aging: at least another 10 years.

Food and wine pairings: with a nice cheese platter or for the sole pleasure of tasting an old vintage

Serving temperature: 13-15°

Alcohol content: 13% vol.
