Description
From an ancient recipe from the award-winning Pharmaceutical Laboratory of Cav. Umberto Rosati from Ascoli Piceno, Anisetta Rosati was born in the second half of the nineteenth century.
It is an "elixir" liqueur born as a digestive which was often talked about in the newspapers of the time with "clear and broad approvals from medical and scientific notables".
The proportionate doses of Castignano Green Anise seeds “Slow Food Presidium” with the addition of other Mediterranean spices make Anisetta Rosati a very pleasant liqueur on the palate, digestive at room temperature, refreshing with ice, three coffee beans and two lemon drops.
