Description
From Italy or rather from central Italy, wine flavored with sour cherries by the ancient farmers in Ciociaria and particularly in Alatri, a liqueur with an artisanal philosophy: cold infusions with bitter cherries, alcohol, sugar, wine from red Piglio grapes and much more time for proper maturation.
Cesanese del Piglio DOC, infusion of sour cherries, alcohol, sugar, natural flavourings.
Processing: Mixing of the various ingredients, resting in the tank for no less than 12 hours, very careful double filtering and bottling.
Alcohol content: 25%
Smell: Olfactory register characterized by the full-bodied scent of bitter cherry.
Color: Dark ruby red.
Taste: Sweet, dry, good volume, leaves the mouth clean.
