Description
A fruity and generous blended rosé.
Soil: calcareous with a deep chalky layer.
Blend: 100% Pinot Noir with the addition of approximately 10% Coteaux Rouge Champenois.
In the cellar: malolactic conversion completely carried out and left on the yeasts for at least 3 years, in traditional crayères.
Dosage: 8 g/l
