Soil: calcareous, clay-limestone. Assembly:

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay.

In the cellar: vinification in steel, unfiltered, unclarified, passage to natural cold, sulphites less than 15mg/l, manual riddling, all the wine is aged in oak barrels, resting to the accompaniment of classical music. It rests on the yeasts for 72 months. Limited edition 600 bottles.
