Harvest and specificity: September 1999 was one of the best harvests in the history of Champagne…a torrid summer!!!

The memory of a harvest with Pinot Noir which expressed itself at the highest levels of exceptionality.

Tasting notes: antique gold in colour, with a fine and persistent bubble, on the nose notes of butter brioché, cocoa, quince, toasted bread, dark chocolate.

On the palate with a nice strong attack, clear hints of mocha coffee and plum liqueur are perceived, with an almond finish.
