The memory of a harvest with Pinot Noir which expressed itself at the highest levels of exceptionality.

Tasting: antique gold colour, with a fine and persistent bubble, on the nose notes of brioché butter, cocoa, quince, toasted bread, dark chocolate.

On the palate with a nice strong attack, clear hints of mocha coffee and plum liqueur are perceived, with an almond finish.
