Description

Elegant wine, with a beautiful structure and intense. Pinot Noir is grown on clayey soils, exposed to the south at an average height of 300 meters. Manual harvest, cold maceration, fermentation in steel for 10 days, no punching down and subsequent refinement for about 9 months in old barrels.
