AMARO ROSATI

Born in the second half of the nineteenth century, from an ancient secret formula of the award-winning Pharmaceutical Laboratory of Cav. Umberto Rosati from Ascoli Piceno.

Its digestive properties are obtained thanks to the diligent processing of spices, aromatic roots and medicinal plants of rare nobility.

Regina Cinnamon, Castignano Green Anise (Slow Food Presidium), Boldo, Chamomile and Peppermint make this bitter soft and enveloping, long and persistent, with a marked bittering note given by Roman Absinthe, Rhubarb, Gentian and Laurel.
