Grape variety: 40% Sauvignon Blanc; 20% Sémillon; 20% Muscadelle; 20% Sauvignon Gris.
In the cellar: manual harvesting, soft pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks at a controlled temperature (17-18°C) and aging on the fine lees for a few weeks in steel.
