Description
This Chablis is very pleasant for its discreet woody note well blended with the wine, with an aging potential of at least 6 years.
Soil: clayey, siliceous, (Kimmeridgien) calcareous with agglomeration of marine fossils.
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
In the cellar: mechanical harvesting and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The malolactic conversion is carried out completely and the refinement takes place in 500L oak barrels, at least second passage.
