Wine of great authenticity (unfiltered) produced from 35-year-old vines.

Soil: sandstone (the vineyards are located in the municipality of Bergholtz-zell).

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir.

In the cellar: manual harvest with rigorous selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in oak barrels (at least third passage) for approximately 9 months.
