Wine with pleasantly spicy and clear fruity notes which expresses elegant delicacy on the palate.
Soil: the land is located in the Vallée Noble, with a strong presence of sandstone and limestone.

Grape variety: 100% Gewurztraminer.
In the cellar: manual harvest with rigorous selection of the grapes and long pressing (5-6 hours) to favor skin maceration. Static decantation and spontaneous fermentation, with subsequent rest for a few months on the fine lees.
