Description
A wine of volume and structure with aromatic freshness. Soil: pebbly clay-limestone subsoil, homogeneous in depth, draining and filtering; totally exposed to the south. Grape variety: 50% Cinsault, 20% Grenache, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah.
In the cellar: night harvest, direct pressing, left on the lees for 7 days at 0°.
