Description

GRAPE VARIETY: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 45% by volume.

BOTTLE VOLUME: 70cl.

AGING: oak barrels.

TASTING: obtained with a discontinuous bain-marie system distilling very fresh pomace still dripping with wine. Soft and elegant, it releases fruity notes of cherries, blackberries and dried fruit, with extremely attractive balsamic hints.

PACKAGING: the bottles can be presented with or without a cardboard case, all rigorously wrapped.
